Dancing Rain in foal to Frankel

Dancing Rain, winner of the Oaks at Epsom in 2011, is one of the latest star mares to have been successfully scanned in foal to Frankel.

Owned by Martin and Lee Taylor of Clairemont Stud in Hampshire, Dancing Rain also won the Group 1 Preis der Diana (the German Oaks) following her Epsom victory, before landing the inaugural Group 2 QIPCO British Fillies' & Mares' Stakes at Champions Day.

She is also currently the course record holder for a filly over 12 furlongs at Ascot.

Dancing Rain was retired to stud at the end of last year, and this will be her first foal.
