Full-brother to Frankel arrives at Banstead Manor Stud

Juddmonte have announced the keenly-awaited arrival of a full-brother to world champion racehorse Frankel.

The chesnut colt arrived at Banstead Manor Stud on 2nd February and was described by stud manager Simon Mockridge as “Attractive, with size and scope.”
Kind, whose first three foals to race have all been Group winners, has three offspring currently in training with Sir Henry Cecil, including another full-brother to Frankel, Group 3 winner Noble Mission, and two half-siblings by Oasis Dream (another Juddmonte stallion) - three-year-old colt Morpheus and a yet to be named two-year-old filly.
Philip Mitchell, general manger at Banstead Manor Stud, said: “We are delighted with Kind’s latest foal and she will return to visit Galileo in 2013.”

Frankel Facts

The 'Frankel factor' saw a record first day attendance at the Ebor Festival on 22 August 2012, when a total of 30,163 racegoers turned up to see Frankel in the Juddmonte International - 55% more people than on the same day in 2011. The attendance eclipsed the previous best for an opening day of the festival back in 1989, when just over 23,000 racegoers were present.
